Lawmakers cite personal JROTC experiences in support of recognition day

Representative Roberts offered a similar anecdote about her son, who progressed from NJROTC to commissioning through ROTC at the University of Georgia and now serves as a first lieutenant. Lawmakers said those personal experiences informed their support for the bill and for a recognition that honors intent and commitment.
