Commissioner Candace Tippetts moved to approve the preliminary subdivision; Commissioner Candice Erickson seconded and the Commission voted 5‑0 to approve.
Approval was conditioned on findings included in the staff packet that the project meets the subdivision and TOD lot size requirements; the item moves forward in the project permitting and recordation process.
