Those named included Autumn Bodine, paraprofessional at Glenwood High School at $19 an hour; Kayla Harris, full-time cafeteria employee at GES at $17.30 an hour; Andre Howell, ESP bus driver trainee (GIS/GMS) listed at $25 an hour with a trainee rate referenced elsewhere as $21 an hour; Ethan Klein, certified math teacher at Glenwood High School with a salary of $50,106 (BA step 1); Ashley Royer, LPN nurse (GIS/GMS) at $21 an hour; Christian Sloan, ESP paraprofessional at Glenwood High School at $19.67 an hour; and Victoria Sutton Komaromi, ESP paraprofessional at Chatham Elementary at $19 an hour. The board approved the personnel consent motion by roll call.
"This list will then be posted tomorrow," the superintendent said when presenting the hires, indicating the district would publish the finalized appointment details after the meeting. The record includes a discrepancy about the trainee pay rate for the bus-driver position: the file listed $25 an hour but a presenter also referenced a trainee rate of $21 an hour; the district said the full posting would clarify final placement and rates.
The personnel approvals were part of the consent agenda and passed on a roll-call vote of board members present.
