Lyndsie Whigham moved to approve the Ellison Electric bid amended to $76,560 and required documentation verifying the grant; Joel Nalley seconded and council voted unanimously to approve contingent on grant verification.
Staff will proceed with contract execution only after verifying grant availability and will present budget adjustments in a future resolution if needed.
