Council approves bi-annual maintenance and pest-control agreements for city facilities

Lyndsie Whigham moved to approve both agreements; Denise Taylor seconded and the council unanimously approved both actions.
Staff indicated the maintenance plans will be tracked in building and utility budgets going forward.
