Board hears stakeholders' roundtable follow-up; presiding ALJs report training attendance

Presiding Administrative Law Judges Sam E. Lucas and Kerry Lewis reported on stakeholder training sessions held in response to the January Stakeholders' Meeting. Lucas said the June 26 training drew 35 attendees and that a second class was held July 8; the Presiding ALJs said they will consider holding regular classes if attendance continues.
Executive Officer Scott Pease told the Board that staff compiled comments from the Stakeholders' Roundtable and that an initial analysis will be presented to the Board for review in a forthcoming report. Members of the public who attended the classes offered thanks to the Presiding ALJs during the public comment period.
