The Moab City Council unanimously approved its consent agenda on May 26, which included a ratification letter to Senator Curtis thanking him for an appropriations request for a water tank and a transit feasibility study, approval of minutes from May 12, and payment of city bills totaling $276,674.10.
"I'll make a motion to approve the consent agenda," said Jason, who moved approval; the motion was seconded (recorded as Tony). The mayor called for the vote and the motion passed by voice vote, recorded as 5–0 in favor.
Council members later said they would update the public on the appropriations request during council reports. No discussion or amendments to the consent items were recorded during the vote.
