ZBA approves minutes, votes to send letter supporting Planning Departmentgrant

Later in the meeting the Chair moved that the board draft a letter of support for the Planning Departments application for a New York State grant to fund hiring a consultant to review Port Jeffersons zoning code; that motion was seconded and carried as well.
The motions were approved by roll/voice without recorded dissent. The Chair framed the letter of support as a general endorsement to help the Planning Department secure consultant resources to review zoning provisions.
