David Little, Willie Farnum and Chris Conrod met with Mary Cronin, who offered to take the individual reports and merge them into a single, fully searchable PDF and advised that the spreadsheet would be best published online as a PDF. The committee accepted that approach and recorded the offer for publishing assistance.
The committee agreed to present the draft consolidated report to the Road Agent and the Select Board before a public presentation. David asked Paul King for a copy of the 1984 DOT map and Paul said he would re-check his DOT Class VI list and follow up on outstanding questions about Gilman Road and Paugus Road. The next meeting is scheduled for May 6, 2026; the meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
