Committee flags historical record errors and several roads needing Class VI or discontinued reports

During the meeting the committee identified multiple historical and classification issues that require further work before finalizing the consolidated road report. Members asked that the 1794-03-20 discussion and an item dated 1780 (1111 rods) be moved to the 1778 discussion in the Cleveland Hill report, and noted that two source layouts (1792-11-30 and 1801-09-19) lack the precise bearings and distances needed to locate some discontinued sections.
The committee also recorded that Chocorua Road is a state road and that Depot Road contains a Class VI section at its east end (reference to 1809-10-31) for which a dedicated report is still outstanding. On the Day Ballard report the Hackett Hill–Stevenson Road should be shown as Class VI. The Bryant Farm Road layout was judged too vague to determine a precise location and was marked discontinued.
