Mayor announces three Board of Health appointments

"Sarabat Singh for that unexpired 4 year term ending on 12/31/26," Mayor Gallagher said, and also named "Andrew Baturina, alternate number 1, unexpired 2 year term ending 12/31/26," and "Rachel Park, alternate number 2, unexpired 2 year term ending 12/31/25." Gallagher said, "I don't think there's any action needed on those as they're my appointments." The council did not move to vote on the appointments during the public session.
The announcement puts the named residents on the borough's Board of Health roster for the specified unexpired terms; the mayor said the appointments will stand as announced and will be reflected in borough records ahead of the 2026 calendar year.
