- Continued hearing for 14 Little Neck Lane to September 9, 2026 (continuance requested because the Conservation Commission has not yet issued a decision; motion carried).
- Continued hearing for 9 Tispequin Road to August 12, 2026 to allow the applicant to obtain a Board of Health clarification about whether the proposed upper "living space" could be considered habitable; motion carried.
- Denied appeal AP 2026-29 (22 & 26 Oyster Way) as outside ZBA jurisdiction under G.L. c.48 §§7–8 and local bylaw §174-103 (motion carried by voice vote).
- Continued the On Commons LLC comprehensive-permit hearing (65 units, including 17 affordable) to August 12, 2026; applicant to provide peer-review responses by Aug. 5 and new summer traffic counts and to seek wastewater-capacity information from Mashpee Commons.
- Approved minutes of July 8, 2026, and adjourned.
