Boardwalk applicant submits peer‑review response; commission closes hearing to deliberate

Commissioners pressed that cumulative impacts require broader system‑level analysis, and multiple members requested more time to review the applicant's written response; several commissioners noted they had just received the lengthy response that morning and asked for 21 days to evaluate it. The commission voted to close the public hearing and deliberate at the August 6 meeting.
