The conservation agent confirmed receipt of certified mailing receipts and that MassDEP issued a file number; the agent recommended a positive 2(b) and a negative 3 determination, meaning the commission will not confirm certain wetland boundary questions but that the described work will not alter a jurisdictional resource area if conditions are met. The commission voted to issue both determinations. "We're proposing a small increase in square footage to square off this station to have a little bit more room to work," Peter Difusco said while outlining containment and revegetation commitments.
