Bonduel committee rejects Array offer to buy easement or cut lease payment

After reviewing the attorney's advice — including the point that Array could terminate the lease if the village rejects both proposals, which would require Array to remove its equipment — the Committee voted on a motion by Michelle Streetman, seconded by Kay Zuleger, to deny the renegotiation offer and to readdress the matter only if Array returns with an additional proposal. The motion carried unanimously. The Committee did not adopt any alternative negotiation directives at the meeting.
