Hogansville council signals willingness to consider fee adjustments to help fund Jones Crossing amenities

The council tabled final approval of the preliminary plat and requested the developer return with two proposals (current-layout amenities and an alternate layout if lot 95 were removed). Staff follow-up on fee impacts is due before the planned January 2026 meeting.
