Even if it's a poor man's live streaming, let's just get it done," the Chair said. Staff recommended going back to the two vendors that provided site-verified quotes to ask what minimal scope would resolve audio reverberation and add livestream capability. A motion to refer the AV improvements to the finance committee so they can be considered in budget planning carried.
