Agencies and consultants form TWG; team asks members to help identify missing voices

April English, the PMC representative, told the working group there are three primary entities involved on the project: TDOT as the owner, the PMC managing day‑to‑day work, and the prime consultant STV with subconsultants preparing planning products. "We've got TDOT, which is the owner... and TDOT is maintaining responsible charge for this PEL study," she said.
Organizers said the TWG will meet three times: the current meeting (introductions and roles), a second meeting during alternative evaluation, and a third meeting before the second round of public meetings to review evaluation results and recommended alternatives. The team asked members to flag other agencies or stakeholders that should be added to the TWG roster for future meetings.
