During the pre-proposal session TDOT confirmed key submission rules: proposals are due August 6, must fit a 120-page limit and may include only one resume per staff member in the resume section. Agency official said those limits are necessary to keep submissions concise and comparable.
TDOT also described the interview format for the top six firms: one hour per firm, 45 minutes for a formal presentation and 15 minutes for question and answer. The agency warned that only 10 people will be allowed into the interview room, so teams should plan who attends. "We give you 45 minutes for a formal presentation. We'll allow 15 minutes for a question and answer in those presentations," Agency official said.
Staff member confirmed presentation materials, a recording and a spreadsheet will be posted on the professional services webpage after the meeting.
