Council asked where residents could find the list of streets and asked communications to post maps and complaint channels. Public-works staff said the phase-3 map will be posted on the public-works project map page this week and that residents should use 311 for complaints. Council members expressed interest in ensuring contractor performance and asked staff to verify the recommended contractor's past projects; staff said Texas Materials Group has demonstrable history with the city and supplies asphalt materials for other local projects.
