April Kisling moved to approve the encumbrances and warrants; Callie Pray seconded the motion and the board recorded a unanimous 5–0 vote.
Superintendent Gerrett Spears told the board the district is awaiting the remainder of tax revenue and expected those receipts by the March board meeting; once the district receives those funds, administrators will have a clearer view of how the fiscal year will end. The board also unanimously approved the January activity report.
