The board approved item 9 to accept encumbrances and warrants: General Fund change orders of $8,472.13 and warrants of $202,785.14; Child Nutrition warrants were $4,363.72. April Kisling moved to approve the encumbrances and warrants; Callie Pray seconded the motion and the board recorded a unanimous 5–0 vote.
Superintendent Gerrett Spears told the board the district is awaiting the remainder of tax revenue and expected those receipts by the March board meeting; once the district receives those funds, administrators will have a clearer view of how the fiscal year will end. The board also unanimously approved the January activity report.
