The Cache board approved 12-month employee contracts and associated stipends for the 2025-26 school year and ratified extra duty stipends and temporary duty pay schedules for 2025-26 in separate votes, each passing 4-0. Scott Messner moved to approve the 12-month contracts; Dr. Brian Gladwell moved approval of the extra duty stipends.
Separately the board approved stipends for the 2024-25 school year to cover a flex benefit payment for Business Manager Lindsay Roman. The motion to approve the flex payment was made by Brad Seaton and seconded by Dr. Brian Gladwell and passed without opposition. Board minutes note that hard copies of the 12-month contracts were provided to the board.
