The Cache Public Schools Board approved purchase orders and encumbrances at its Sept. 8 meeting by a 5-0 vote. The motion was made by Dr. Brian Gladwell and seconded by Mitch Dorrell.
District staff reported specific totals: General Fund payroll listed accounts #50244-50292; General Fund goods and services PO #268-332 totaled $190,950.00; Building Fund PO #50-56 totaled $60,500.00; Child Nutrition PO #31-32 totaled $20,700.00. A change order to PO 217 increased that line from $85.00 to $104.97; minutes note 412 meals/expenses for the "Big 3" exceeded the original estimate.
Board approval authorizes staff to proceed with the expenditures and encumbrances recorded in the purchase orders.
