The board approved the appointment of Misty McCullough to adjunct middle-level social studies and high school psychology (motion by Lindsey Callison, seconded by April Kisling; passed 4–0, Robert Hill absent). The board also approved 'Book Taco' as an alternative program to Accelerated Reader for third through sixth graders; the motion carried 4–0. No resignations were reported at the meeting.
Superintendent Spears noted mentorship and growth-monitoring programs will continue alongside these staffing and curricular choices.
