On the de‑annexation petition for 831 SR 70E, the council voted to decline the request; the motion passed with four votes in favor and one abstention. The council also accepted the final plat and infrastructure for the Issuba Run Subdivision on 3rd Street in a 4–1 vote.
The meeting’s consent agenda included approval of purchase orders and minutes for April 9 and April 17, 2026.
