The Burlington Public Schools Board of Education unanimously approved the consent agenda and the minutes of the Aug. 26 and Sept. 3, 2025 meetings, following a motion by April Kisling and second by Robert Hill.
The board then approved encumbrances, change orders and warrants as presented: General Fund encumbrances of $6,877.86 (change orders -$19,362.06) and General Fund warrants of $235,476.14; Building Fund warrants of $28,182.83; and Child Nutrition warrants of $6,136.66. The combined total of approved warrants is $269,795.63. The motion to approve encumbrances and warrants was made by Robert Hill, seconded by Lindsey Callison, and passed 5–0.
Board members did not expand the financial discussion during the vote; the approvals were processed as routine business under the consent agenda.
