Carney Trust approves minutes and accepts carwash report in brief meeting

The Carney Municipal Development Trust Authority met on Sept. 12, 2024, and approved the minutes from its previous meeting. A motion to approve the minutes was made by Greg Wolfe and seconded by Constance Wallace; the motion passed with "Yea: All; Opposed: None." The meeting was called to order by Mayor Darrel Gibbs at 8:43pm and adjourned at 8:46pm.
During the meeting the trust also accepted a report on a carwash presented by Phillip Newlun. After the presentation, Greg Wolfe moved to accept the report and Constance Wallace seconded; the vote was recorded as unanimous. The agenda item to approve vendor invoices received discussion but no action; the new-business slot produced no action as well. The agenda had been posted at Carney Town Hall and the Carney Community Center on Sept. 11, 2024, at 6:00pm.
