Carney CPUA approves minutes, reports and a slate of contractor payments

The Board of Trustees for the Carney Public Utilities Authority approved routine business and multiple contractor payments during its Aug. 8 meeting at the Carney Community Center.
Trustees recorded unanimous approval of the previous meeting minutes and accepted the CPUA report presented by Ginger Mendenhall and the CPUA revenue report presented by Emily Anderson. The board also approved Contractor Pay Application No. 11 to Hammer Construction Inc. for Project CA-19-01 Rural Development Wastewater System Improvements in the amount of $199,513.12, Contractor Pay Application No. 2 for Project CA-23-01B to Diversified Construction of Oklahoma for $27,054.77, and an engineering invoice CA-23-01B-03 to Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC for $1,684.80.
All motions noted in the minutes were moved and seconded as recorded, and votes were logged as 'Yea: All' with no recorded opposition. The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn at 7:49 p.m.
