Cache board swears in Jason Davis and reorganizes officers

By motion the board elected Brad Seaton as president, Dr. Brian Gladwell as vice president and Mitch Dorrell as clerk; the reorganization motion was made by Mitch Dorrell and seconded by Scott Messner and passed on a 5-0 vote. The roll call recorded Jason Davis, Scott Messner, Mitch Dorrell, Dr. Brian Gladwell and Brad Seaton as present for the meeting.
The oath and reorganization establish the board's leadership for the coming year and set who will preside over meetings and sign official documents. The board adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
