The Cache Public Schools Board of Education convened Feb. 9, 2026, in the Primary School Library and approved a package of contracts, requisitions and personnel actions during a meeting that ran from 6:00 p.m. to 7:06 p.m. The board recorded a 4-0 vote on its consent agenda and multiple business items; Vice President Brad Seaton was absent.
The minutes list general fund goods and services purchase orders #466–512 totaling $123,067.01 and note a change order (PO447) reallocating $5,000 in travel funds from a Nashville conference to a Las Vegas conference. The board approved both an Ideal Impact Services Agreement and an Ideal Impact Lease Purchasing Agreement, voted to approve bond requisitions, and authorized the OKTLE teacher-evaluation software contract. The board also approved establishing a Cache POM/Dance club for the 2026–27 school year.
A large slate of administrative hires for 2026–27 was approved by recorded motions and seconds; the board approved 18 named hires by 4-0 votes during agenda items 17–36. One agenda item (hiring Jeff Fletcher as Assistant Principal of the High School) recorded no action. The meeting adjourned at 7:06 p.m.
