The board approved three contract items during the March 18 meeting. Agenda item 10.1 authorized entering a 48‑month state agreement with Ricoh, effective March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2029. Item 10.2 authorized increasing the Trane U.S. Inc. contractual agreement by $75,000 to cover services for the remainder of the 2024–2025 school year, with the total not to exceed $150,000. Item 10.3 authorized a memorandum of understanding with Smiles To Go, LLC to provide preventive and restorative dental treatment to district students for the 2025–26 and 2026–27 school years.
Trustee Peter Brown moved to approve the contract items and Mr. Glen Lacey seconded; minutes record unanimous approval. The exhibits for each contract (10.1–10.3) are attached to the minutes but the transcripts do not include the contract terms or dollar amounts beyond the Trane increase noted in item 10.2.
