After hearing the Carrus Lakeside Health presentation and authorizing counsel to negotiate potential operational funding, Trustee Randy Witty moved to adjourn; Trustee Judd Johns seconded. The board voted unanimously to adjourn. The minutes were signed by Secretary Sabrina Mounce and Chairman Kris Wyatt.
