The motion was approved after discussion and a motion by Mr. Glen Lacey, seconded by Mr. Peter Brown; minutes record the motion passing with affirmative votes.
The MOU establishes a district partnership for career-education instruction at the high school and sets a maximum expenditure of $25,000 for the program year; the minutes identify Exhibit 10.1 as the controlling document for additional terms.
