Trustee Peter Brown moved and Trustee Glen Lacey seconded that the board enter executive session to consider a student matter and a personnel matter. Trustee Lenderrick Taylor announced the board was in executive session and the room was cleared. The minutes record that a parent addressed the board about the student matter and that the superintendent was later excused while trustees discussed a personnel matter.
When the board reconvened in open session, Mr. Lenderrick Taylor announced that no action had been taken during the executive session. The minutes record the trustees' votes to enter and exit executive session as unanimous "Aye."
