Cheryl Johnson suggested compiling a list of systems and assigning administrator access individually. Jake Trujillo moved to approve the Mayor and Town Manager and Chris Pierce as IT administrators; the motion passed with yes votes from Cheryl Johnson, Brian Norton and Jake Trujillo, a no vote from Bobby Dooney, and an abstention by Brenton Rucker.
Minutes show the council favored a systems‑by‑systems list approach rather than blanket access. The policy will require staff to produce an inventory of systems and document the assignments.
