Council accepts Timber Creek Meadows final plat; B Street lift station to be removed upon completion

Calera’s council accepted the final plat and associated infrastructure for the Timber Creek Meadows subdivision on D Street at the June 11 meeting. Dustin Wolf presented the final plat and noted that approval will allow the town to decommission the B Street lift station when construction is complete. Streets & Alley and PWA reported satisfaction with the plat as recorded in the minutes.
Council minutes note a related maintenance action: French drains on the existing Wilson Street (from B to C Street) are clogged and Dustin Wolf will sweep and clean that street. The acceptance was recorded as passed by the council.
