The board also approved financial encumbrances, change orders and warrants: general fund encumbrances of $10,560.00, change orders totaling ($5,799.42), and general fund warrants of $208,972.75; child nutrition warrants of $5,215.18 were also approved.
The motions were recorded in the minutes: the consent agenda motion was made by April Kisling and seconded by Robert Hill and passed 5-0; the encumbrances and warrants motion was made by Lindsey Callison and seconded by April Kisling and passed 5-0. No items were pulled from the consent agenda for separate action.
