Council approves consent agenda, payroll and multiple property-abatement resolutions

Woods) for $179.74; and R1408-090324 (1520 S. Poplar, James N. Jones & Eva Phillippe) for $2,673.84. Each resolution passed on roll-call votes with the listed councilmembers voting Aye.
