Council approves two P&Z building permits including a three-season porch

The Gregory City Council convened as the Board of Adjustment and approved two building permits recommended by Planning & Zoning. Kristi Drey moved to approve the permit for Schmitz’s three-season porch; Laura Petersen seconded the motion and the council voted all ayes. Drey also moved to approve Beck’s privacy fence permit; Stacey Boes seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The approvals were recorded during the Board of Adjustment portion of the meeting; the council then moved to exit the Board of Adjustment and resume regular session. No variances or conditions were recorded in the minutes for either permit.
