Council actions recorded in the minutes and approved 4–0 included: approval of a temporary liquor license for the annual ball tournament; special permits for amplified patio music for Fat Boyz on July 19 and July 24, 2026; a Gopher State One Call (GSOC) rate increase of $0.05 per ticket effective Jan. 1, 2027; acceptance of two retirement letters for long-serving department employees; approval of a fire-truck repair list; hiring a part‑time public-works employee for mowing and possible snow‑plowing; approval of a dust-coating quote for parks and the alley; and adoption of the consent agenda (June 16 minutes, claims, and financial reports).
