Saltville council holds closed session on personnel and certifies discussion; public hearing on budget set for June 10

After reconvening, the council certified that only the matters identified in the motion were discussed in closed session and voted to advertise a public hearing on the draft budget for June 10. The council’s certification vote was likewise unanimous.
