Council nominates Town Manager as zoning administrator, moves to form Board of Zoning Appeals

Comer said the town also will develop clearer code-enforcement procedures and encouraged participation at upcoming zoning committee meetings.
The council’s action creates the administrative mechanism for the town to centralize zoning responsibilities and start a formal appeals process via a Board of Zoning Appeals once members are appointed and vetted.
