Strasburg council adopts property-maintenance and sewer-rate ordinances

Ordinance O-10-2025, amending the property maintenance code (codified Section 150.10), received a second reading by title, the council suspended the three-reading rule and approved it to take effect immediately. The council also approved Ordinance O-9-2025, which amends Section 51.114 related to sewer service charges; that ordinance was given its third reading by title and enacted at the meeting. Both measures passed on unanimous roll-call votes, according to the minutes.
