Zoning Inspector Ted Foster told the council that a permit application for 1185 Weber Avenue was denied and that the property owner paid the appeal fee. Foster said the Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.
Foster also reported two pool permits and a shed permit issued, and noted a certificate of occupancy was granted for a new restaurant on N. Wooster Avenue. Foster raised ongoing property concerns at 527 S. Bodmer Avenue and said the mayor offered to speak to the Bodmer Avenue property owner about debris ahead of the fall bonfire.
