Pickleball courts in use; Summer Fest tournament announced, portable-toilet request made

Park Chairman Wes Hostetler told the council that people are using the new pickleball courts and that mulch has been picked up for the playground area. Committee members discussed low spots on field #3 at the north end of the park. Brent Metzger announced a pickleball tournament for the Summer Fest.
Separately, Brent Metzger asked whether portable toilets could remain in the park for Fall Ball from August through October. The minutes record the request but do not record the council’s decision on the portable-toilet request or any timetable for fixing the low spots on field #3.
