The Strasburg Village Council on July 1 unanimously approved Ordinance O-8-2025, "AN ORDIANCE REGULATING NUISANCE FERAL ANIMALS," after a third reading by title only. Kathy Burrier moved to approve the ordinance and Jeff Smith seconded; at roll call all members voted in favor and the ordinance was declared effective immediately.
