Finance Director Lisa Hoyle presented the city's monthly revenue and expenditure statement, reporting approximately $125,000 in sales tax and $35,000 in property tax for June. She said most departments were at or under the target of 50% spent to date, while the mayor and council department and general administration were slightly over due to insurance costs and an annual accounting software payment.
Hoyle invited council members to contact her with questions and noted that paying the accounting software annual fee in June temporarily increased the contract services line; she said that line should return to normal in subsequent months. Council members thanked Hoyle for the report.
