Strasburg council adopts amendment to Strasburg-Franklin JEDD contract

The Strasburg Village Council voted unanimously Nov. 18 to adopt Ordinance O-13-2025, approving the eleventh amendment to the Strasburg-Franklin Joint Economic Development District (JEDD) contract. After suspension of the reading requirement, Jeff Smith moved to approve Ordinance O-13-2025 “AN ORDINANCE APPROVING ELEVENTH AMENDMENT OF THE STRASBURG-FRANKLIN JOINT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT,” with Wes Hostetler seconding. The motion passed by unanimous roll call vote. The minutes record that the ordinance "shall take effect immediately." The ordinance text was identified in the agenda as O-13-2025 and was presented as an emergency adoption.
