Council members asked clarifying questions about the lot size (confirmed as 0.15 acres) and on-street parking; Fraser confirmed prior 'no parking' signs had been placed by the Department of Public Services. With no members of the public speaking in opposition or support during the hearing, a councilmember moved approval, the motion was seconded, and the council carried the rezoning unanimously.
