Tiny Trails preschool renovations nearing completion; ribbon cutting and community events scheduled

Mrs. Fehr told the board Tiny Trails preschool renovations are supported by ongoing community donations of money, supplies and volunteer time and that work has progressed sufficiently to schedule a final walkthrough with the Nebraska Department of Education on Aug. 3. She said the preschool handbook was completed with KSB School Law and that the district has planned several community events including a sneak peek, ribbon cutting and Kickoff to Kindergarten on Aug. 3 and 4.
Superintendent Gene Russel and administrators emphasized opportunities for families to visit the renovated facility before school begins. The board record notes PK–2 staff training is wrapping up ahead of the fall start.
